Our workouts are programmed with the intention that they can be easily modified to fit any skill or ability level. We want each and every member to feel a part of the class as soon as possible. We try to work members into the regular classes as soon as possible even while making whatever modifications are necessary to maintain safety and give you the most effective workout possible.
